About Me

I love being able to spend time on my porch that overlooks the stream behind my house. Unfortunately, the winter weather made it difficult for me to spend much time back there. I started talking with a contractor about building a greenhouse-like enclosure for the porch using glass panels. I wanted to use the natural light of the sun to heat the room so that I could continue spending my time on that porch. I learned a lot about the different types of glass that would be suitable for that type of project. I have included much of what I learned here on my blog.
